1. Overview

At S.L.U.M.B. Entertainment / GlobalLocalsPodcast (GL), we value our supporters and strive to ensure satisfaction with every order.
Because many of our products are custom printed, digital, or limited edition, certain items may not be eligible for refunds.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
 

2. Merchandise Orders (Print-on-Demand Products)

Our physical merchandise is produced and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners (such as Printful or Printify).
Each item is made especially for you when you place an order, so we can’t accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect color selection.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival;

  • The item received is incorrect compared to your order;

  • There is a printing error or manufacturing issue.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email support@globallocalsonline.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the product and issue

    • A short description of the problem

  3. Our support team will review your request within 3 business days and provide next steps.

If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement at no cost or process a refund to your original payment method.
 

3. Digital Products (Music Downloads, Podcast Content, or Tickets)

All digital items (e.g., music downloads, e-tickets, or exclusive audio/video content) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions may be made in limited circumstances if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same item, or

  • You experienced a verified technical issue that prevented access.

To request assistance with a digital item, contact support@globallocalsonline.com within 7 days of purchase, and include proof of transaction.
 

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not begun.
After that period, orders enter production and cannot be canceled.
To request cancellation, email orders@globallocalsonline.com as soon as possible.
 

5. Return Shipping (If Applicable)

If you are asked to return an item:

  • You will receive a return label or instructions from our team.

  • Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

  • Returned items must be in unused, original condition.
     

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
 

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different size or color, please place a new order after your refund or replacement is processed.
 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment processor.

  3. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@globallocalsonline.com with your refund confirmation email.
     

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at orders@globallocalsonline.com with photos and order details.

  • We’ll work with the fulfillment provider to investigate and replace your item if confirmed lost or damaged.
