1. Overview

All merchandise for Global Locals / S.L.U.M.B. Entertainment is fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand and dropshipping partners, including but not limited to Printful and other verified suppliers.
Each product is made to order to ensure premium quality and reduce waste.

Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on your location, product type, and production partner.
 

2. Order Processing Time

  • Production Time: 2–7 business days
    (Each item is custom printed after your order is placed.)

  • Processing Time: Once produced, items are packaged and shipped by our fulfillment partner.

  • Total Fulfillment Time: Typically 5–12 business days from order to shipment.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
 

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most major countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select international regions.
Please note:

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer.

  • Some international destinations may be unavailable depending on Printful’s regional network.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact orders@globallocalsonline.com for assistance.
     

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, item weight, and carrier rates.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions or flat-rate options — check our homepage or newsletter for current offers.

These are estimated time frames. Actual delivery may vary based on customs, postal delays, or carrier availability.
 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package’s journey.
If tracking is unavailable for your region, you will receive an estimated delivery window instead.
 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs or import duties may apply once your order reaches your country.
These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your product or shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties.
 

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit:

  1. Check your tracking details first.

  2. Contact the carrier if possible.

  3. If still unresolved after 10 business days, email orders@globallocalsonline.com with your order number.
    We’ll work with our fulfillment partner (e.g., Printful) to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement.
     

9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
 

10. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
 

11. Returns Due to Delivery Failure

Orders returned to sender because of refusal, incorrect address, or failure to pick up will not automatically be refunded.
We can re-ship items upon request and payment of a new shipping fee.
